Douglas College is seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Unit Supervisor to lead daily operations in the Finance Department at the New Westminster campus, with occasional work at the Coquitlam campus. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold accounting procedures.
The role requires a two-year accounting program and five years of related experience, PSAS/GAAP knowledge, and strong supervisory and organizational skills. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered.
$58,304 to $65,630 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement

You are a fearless leader when it comes to planning, coordinating, and supervising the operational and daily activities of the staff in the Accounts Payable (AP) unit within the Finance Department. You have an exceptional ability to oversee and maintain detailed processes when payables are documented, recorded, and monitored within established accounting procedures within the college.
