Dulcedo is a Montreal-based talent management group seeking an Accounts Payable Technician to join our fast-paced finance team. You will manage talent payments and corporate invoices, ensuring timely, well-documented payments and clear communication with talent partners.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you’ll handle ERP entries, maintain audit trails, and support process improvements while delivering reliable service to talents and business partners.

Formación

• 2–4 years in accounts payable or financial administration in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with high-volume, structured workflows and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer-service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Process talent payments per schedules, contracts, and approvals.
• Validate invoices, contracts, amounts due, and payments issued.
• Be the main contact for payment inquiries, with clear, professional communication.
• Identify discrepancies and document issues for senior review.
• Maintain ERP records, audit trails, and documentation.
• Process corporate vendor invoices with proper approvals and coding.
• Keep accounts payable records up-to-date for talents and vendors.
• Support backlog reduction and daily AP efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements and standard responses.
