Job summary

Eidos is seeking an Accounting Technician to join our finance team in a hybrid role in Canada. You will handle full cycle accounts payable, reimbursements, and support month-end close, AR, revenue recognition, and audits as required.

Ideal candidates bring a DEC in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of related experience, with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with accounts payable, general ledger and month-end close.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle accounts payable and expense reimbursements with accurate coding and approvals.
• Review vendor records, process invoices, and manage payment runs (ACH/Wires).
• Assist month-end and year-end close and prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audits and payroll backup as needed.
• Maintain AP and payroll policies and support ad hoc analyses.
