Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in AP processes and accounting principles; strong Excel and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for approval and compliance.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and accruals.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely invoice approvals.
• Support audit requests and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and increase efficiency.
