Job summary

Collabera is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support accurate and timely processing of AP transactions and payments. The role involves reviewing vendor invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts in a high-volume environment.

You will work with internal stakeholders, follow SLAs and KPIs, and identify process improvements. SAP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred for efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong experience with invoice and payment processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices and Accounts Payable transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and issue payments within established timelines.
• Review invoice coding, approvals and supporting information, and elevate exceptions as required.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate/resolved payment discrepancies.
• Follow established policies, procedures, controls, SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve AP-related issues.
