Responsibilities include invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and payment applications. You will collaborate with store teams, vendors, and the Accounting Manager to maintain accurate records, ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and match them to POs and receiving records.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with store teams and departments.
• Apply payments in NetSuite and allocate to correct invoices.
