You will manage full cycle AP processes, liaise with stakeholders, support month-end close, and ensure timely payments while contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Monitor AP email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts payable trackers and records.
• Process weekly and ad hoc payment runs.
• Assist in month-end closing and audits.
