Our client in Toronto is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

1. Month-end closing – finalizing financial activity for the month
2. Expense analysis – identify areas for cost reduction
3. Month-end preparation
4. Journal entry preparation

Skills / Qualifications / Experience / Education:

1. Post-secondary education in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience, with at least 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
2. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
3. Experience with Concur expense management (asset).
