Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for AP invoice entry / data entry (coding POs, reviewing and entering)
  • Expense report processing (coding POs, reviewing receipts, taxes, GL accounts, and entering)
  • Monthly credit card reconciliations (reviewing receipts, invoice entry, and payment allocations)
  • Manage AP inbox
  • Respond to internal and external queries and statements
  • Reconcile accounts, ensure orders are received and invoiced accurately, and resolve account discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner
  • Analyze and reconcile vendor statements and manage vendor aging
  • Reconcile AP ledger and assist in cleaning up old outstanding invoices
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills :
  • Post-secondary education (Accounting) - college or university
  • Some experience in a high-volume manual environment
  • Knowledge of accounts payable best practices, policies, and procedures is an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment and the ability to work independently
