Canadian Inclusion in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. You will process accounts payable and expense transactions with accuracy and timeliness, safeguarding assets through proper approvals.
You will support the Finance team and leadership, manage supplier invoices, and maintain expense reports. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, with 2+ years of relevant experience or related studies.
Processing of Accounts Payable and expense Transactions in a timely and accurate fashion.
Safeguarding corporate assets by ensuring all claims are mathematically correct and include the appropriate approvals for all levels of expenditures.
Provide support to the Finance team and business unit leadership.
Process various Expenses, Invoices, and Remittances.
Maintain proper files of supplier invoices and expense reports.
2+ years of relevant work experience or Post-secondary education with a focus on business, accounting, or finance
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
Someone who is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, and able to manage working in sometimes ambiguous environments.

The potential salary range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
