A leading company in Calgary is seeking a full-time HR Coordinator to manage departmental activities, facilitate communication, and support the marketing team. The role requires a college diploma and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates are team players and quick learners, proficient in MS Office. Flexible hours are available.
Salary : 26.50 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks
Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
