Job summary

QNX Software Systems, based in Niagara Falls, ON, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a dynamic hospitality-focused environment.

You will oversee ERP-driven processes, supervise staff, and partner with senior leadership. A 3+ year accounting background with strong communication and detail orientation is required; Power BI exposure is a plus. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience;
• Strong month-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills;
• Experience working with ERP systems;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• A detail-oriented and process-driven approach;
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience would be considered an asset;
• Experience within hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or other operationally focused environments would be advantageous;
• Exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI would be beneficial;
