Reporting to the COO, the CFO is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. Organization goals include growing revenue, controlling/reducing costs, and assisting in achieving customer service targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the role, capable of not only managing the company's finances but also contributing to overall strategy and growth initiatives. This position reports directly to the COO and works closely with other senior leaders to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
