Penta Equipment Inc. is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to own day-to-day billing, equipment financing, returns, and similar accounting activities. You will work with the Controller to ensure invoices are accurate and records are up-to-date, supporting month-end close.
The role emphasizes attention to detail, system proficiency in ERP and finance portals, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong records.
At Penta Equipment, we build equipment that works as hard as the people who use it. For more than 25 years, we've manufactured TMR mixers, spreaders, dump boxes, and truckmounts for the agricultural industry.
With facilities in Glencoe and Thamesville, Ontario, our team values practical problem-solving, accountability, and teamwork. We take pride in building quality equipment and continually improving how we work.
We're looking for an Accounting Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day billing, equipment financing, returns, and related accounting transactions.
Working closely with the Controller, you'll prepare invoices, maintain customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and follow transactions through to completion. You'll also assist with general accounting and month-end activities, keeping records accurate, documentation complete, and deadlines on track.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers and systems, takes pride in getting the details right, and follows through when something needs to be resolved.
At Penta, you'll take ownership of meaningful accounting work with a clear connection to the business. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build a strong understanding of accounting within a manufacturing environment.
You'll work directly with the Controller and colleagues throughout the business, developing your experience with ERP systems, equipment financing, and month-end accounting. We value people who take ownership, ask questions, and bring forward practical ideas. As you become familiar with the work, you'll have the opportunity to help improve the processes you use every day.
