We’re looking for an Account Supervisor with strong expertise across integrated marketing to join our team and grow alongside a longstanding tier 1 client. This role involves overseeing the production of content across multiple channels, managing campaigns, and leading experiential events at key moments throughout the year.
As an Account Supervisor, you are a senior member of the Accounts team at Salt. You’ll oversee a moderately sized portfolio—either multiple small to mid-sized clients or several brands under a larger client umbrella. You’re a proven leader, a great people manager, and a strategic thinker with excellent client service instincts.

Act as the primary client lead for day-to-day management and project execution
Build trusted partnerships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, and agency collaborators
Deliver end-to-end project leadership and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance outcomes and optimize performance
Deeply understand the client’s business strategy, objectives, and brands
Liaise between internal teams and client for seamless program development and execution
Keep managers informed with timely updates on client and program matters
Schedule and lead internal meetings throughout program development and execution
Track resource hours and manage team assignments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all departments have what they need to deliver exceptional work
Support a variety of integrated campaign types including digital, social, experiential, and content-based programs
Act as a knowledgeable guide across multiple marketing channels—not just social—ensuring strategies and creative align with platform nuances and brand objectives
Work with creative and production teams to ensure concepts are on brief, on brand, and high impact
Manage budgets and ensure profitability of programs and portfolio
Track and reconcile costs with a high level of accuracy
Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment tracking for your accounts
Present and defend budget recommendations, offering multiple options when needed
Ensure all program timelines and deliverables are met
Oversee setup, execution, and wrap-up phases, including post-program reporting and learnings
Regularly report on program KPIs to clients
Pursue organic growth opportunities and identify potential areas of expansion
Support new business efforts including pitch participation and proposal development
Help improve internal processes and contribute to operational efficiency
7–8+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in Account Management or related roles
Strong experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Deep understanding of experiential and event marketing
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Skilled in project management with a sharp eye for detail
Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with exceptional interpersonal communication
Comfortable leading internal and external presentations with clarity and confidence
Proficient in O365 and familiar with key social and digital platforms
Financial fluency including budget management and P&L tracking
Demonstrated success growing business opportunities organically
