Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative in client conversations, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, and ensure solid attribution with GA4 and pixel tracking while delivering quarterly roadmaps and ongoing account

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
