Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Senior Manager, Process Operations - Product Creation & Advanced Concepts, you drive operational excellence across our product creation supply chain functions, as well as strategic integration of Advanced Concepts (AC) innovation into the broader business ecosystem. You are accountable for seasonal delivery, process optimization through cross-functional alignment, connected and seamless I2C enablement, and integrating AC early-stage innovation into mainline processes and operating models. You operate at the intersection of product development, materials, and sourcing to connect internal teams, driving seasonal and strategic priorities that align to business objectives. You play a pivotal role in partnering with the Innovation Incubation squad to accelerate validated concepts into pilot, commercialization, and scale.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD$126,000 - CAD$165,000.
