Job summary

Stage Windows & Doors is seeking an Account Manager to join the Order Desk Department on-site at our Vaughan facility. You will manage a portfolio of dealer, builder, contractor, and distributor accounts, drive sales, and coordinate across Sales, Estimating, Production, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is an asset.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Account Management, Inside Sales or Business Development in window/door/manufacturing or building materials.
• Experience managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems; FeneVision experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of dealer, builder, contractor, and distributor accounts, with regular updates to the Senior Order Desk Manager.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Prepare quotations and ensure pricing and project requirements are reviewed.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Production, Scheduling, Shipping, and Finance to keep projects on track.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and travel for customer meetings as needed.
• Provide product recommendations and support materials to customers.
