CanaBuild Inc. is a GTA-based window and door supplier and installer seeking an experienced Window & Doors Sales Closer to join our team.

You will follow up qualified leads, meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders, present solutions, prepare quotations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales. The successful candidate will travel throughout the GTA, independently manage the sales cycle from lead to closing, and enjoy a high earning potential with 100% commission-based

Qualifications

• Proven and recent experience specifically closing window and door sales.
• Track record of converting leads into signed contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and objection handling skills.
• Must be able to independently manage the sales process from lead to closing.
• Direct window and door sales closing experience is required.

Responsibilities

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Window & Door Sales Closer to join our sales team.

The main responsibility is to follow up with qualified leads, meet with customers, present suitable window and door solutions, prepare and review quotations, handle objections, negotiate the terms, and close sales.

The successful candidate will:

• Follow up with qualified leads
• Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders
• Prepare and present quotations
• Handle customer questions
• Negotiate and close deals
• Follow up on quotations until the sale is completed
• Guide customers through available financing options when appropriate
• Represent CanaBuild professionally at customer meetings, job sites, and the showroom

Qualifications

• Proven and recent experience specifically closing window and door sales
• Demonstrated track record of converting window and door leads into signed contracts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
• Must be able to independently manage the sales process from lead to closing
• Direct window and door sales closing experience is required. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the GTA

Compensation

100% Commission-Based
