Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a part-time Ticket Operations Administrator to support order processing, fulfillment and distribution of tickets for TD Place events. You will provide exceptional fan service, handle inquiries, and work with Ticketmaster/Archtics systems to ensure accurate data and smooth box office operations.
The role is on-site at TD Place, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours/week, with an hourly rate of CAD 22.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Ticket Operations, the Ticket Operations Administrator will assist with order processing, fulfillment and distribution of tickets while providing excellent customer service to our fans. This role manages inquiries, processes transactions through Ticketmaster system, and assists with daily box office operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The position also collaborates with sales teams and supports administrative tasks to ensure a seamless ticketing experience across all events at TD Place.
This part-time, contract role has an hourly rate of $22/hr. This is a replacement position and works fully on-site (40 hours per week) with a work schedule of Monday through Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm.
