Job summary

Golden West Broadcasting is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow our local advertising business across radio and online platforms. You will prospect new clients, manage existing relationships, and consult with businesses to tailor effective campaigns that meet their goals.

You will work with a fast-paced, people-first team that values initiative, collaboration, and community impact, with base salary plus uncapped commissions and a focus on growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prospect and close deals.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West can help them reach their goals.

What will you do?

Everything you do has one goal: provide an exceptional client experience. To achieve that, you'll:

• Identify new business opportunities through cold-calling and other outbound sales methods while building and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand the goals and challenges of local businesses.
• Develop and present advertising plans/marketing plans that align with your clients' objectives.
• Manage ongoing client relationships by providing campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Use sales planning tools to manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and achieve your goals.
