Your Mission

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager – Retail and Commercial to manage and expand our business with a global fast-food leader over the next three years. The role involves identifying and approaching additional restaurant industry clients to grow Garda Cash’s market presence.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  2. Engage with clients to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Develop strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  4. Visit client locations regularly to assess performance and identify opportunities.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and contractual fulfillment.
  6. Identify and prospect potential new clients in the restaurant industry.
  7. Use persuasive sales techniques to convert restaurant owners or managers to Garda’s services.
  8. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  2. 3–5 years of corporate sales experience (preferred).
  3. Proven success in sales, especially in food service or hospitality.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Excellent relationship-building abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  7. Ability to articulate competitive advantages.
  8. Leadership qualities and initiative.
  9. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  10. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
