Account Manager - Paid Social

Overview:

The Account Manager – Paid Social is responsible for developing the paid social media strategy and executing campaigns across multiple social channels.

As the Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a global client's paid social initiatives, including strategy development and campaign management aligned with the client's business objectives.

Your Impact:

  1. Manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  2. Create, manage, and execute strategic paid social plans to meet client goals.
  3. Define campaign strategies and deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  4. Create, present, and obtain client approval for campaign strategies and tactics.
  5. Oversee and deliver on account management processes.
  6. Forecast, generate, and maximize revenue opportunities with clients.
  7. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
  8. Collaborate with internal biddable teams and sister media agencies on campaign development.
  9. Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and expectation management.
  10. Build expertise in paid social media and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to accounts.
  12. Assist in creating new business presentations, POVs, best practices, and process documentation.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
  2. Deep knowledge of paid social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  4. Minimum of 2-3 years of paid social media experience.
  5. Professional interaction skills and ability to handle fast-paced client environments.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Technical and analytical mindset.
