The Account Manager - Life Sciences will provide support for customers of Surescripts within the growing vertical of Life Sciences. The Account Manager will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, influence adoption and utilization of our products and services, address business issues, provide reporting to show valuable insights, and advance planned goals and strategy. They will be responsible for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction within their client group, collaborating with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Product Innovation, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to drive results.

Surescripts offers a Flexible Hybrid Work model, allowing virtual work with office collaboration as needed. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $103,800 annually, with benefits including healthcare, paid time off, pet insurance, 401(k), and more.
