The successful candidate will provide excellent service to our clients and insurance markets by managing and following up on the existing portfolio while seeking new business opportunities. We seek professionals eager to grow in a dynamic, stimulating environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development.

Key to Your Success
  • Act as the primary client relationship manager in collaboration with the account service team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to your assigned clients.
  • Meet clients in person, independently or with management.
  • Ensure timely handling of daily service requests (certificates, modifications, etc.) with the team.
  • Analyze current risk transfer programs.
  • Design insurance strategies and propose tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Prepare insurance submissions and conduct market negotiations with support from the team.
  • Monitor market risks and issues, advising clients to understand their risks better.
  • Develop and maintain strong market relationships.
  • Approach relevant markets proactively at renewal (90-120 days prior).
  • Coordinate renewal options and present them 30 days before expiry.
  • Ensure all premium financing conditions are included in quotes.
  • Clarify payment schedules with clients.
  • Ensure all accounts are settled within 60 days of coverage start.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of construction insurance experience.
  • Knowledge of EPIC and Erlon systems is a plus.
  • AMF license required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
