An excellent opportunity exists to join our Corporate and Specialty Risk team! This is a bilingual (French and English) role to support our underwriting teams. You will learn, grow, and work towards an underwriting career by supporting our teams that are driven daily to think bigger, do better for our customers, and achieve results.

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively and autonomously to meet deadlines as part of a remote team.
• Assist underwriters with logging submissions, processing declinatures, renewals, endorsements, and electronic filing of documents.
• Process reports, assist with obtaining D&B reports, prepare catastrophe analyses, insurance binders, and other documents.
• Respond to broker service requests and follow up for information needed by underwriters.
• Enter data in RTM, RTG, and SFDC systems and update tracking documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies collaboratively with GCS Stakeholders.
• Produce reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and meetings in both languages.
• Educational background in a related field and/or relevant accreditation.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with web, DOS-based systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in building a career in commercial insurance.
