Job description

CIMCO-London is looking for an organized and enthusiastic sales manager to provide Refrigeration Service Sales to the Recreation and Commercial channels. The successful candidates will work closely with the Branch Manager, Service Manager, and internal Engineering and Automation groups.

This role will appeal to you if you have exceptional experience in developing and nurturing relationships with Recreation facility operators and stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Identify/create potential opportunities with existing and new recreation customers.
  2. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  3. Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers within the client's organization.
  4. Present proposals and quotations to owners and representatives.
  5. Responsible to hit financial objectives.
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  7. Have excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
  8. Updating and working on CRM Platform.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  1. Excellent communications and writing skills.
  2. Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook.
  3. Degree or Diploma in Business or Sales & Marketing or related account management experience.
  4. Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  5. Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills.
  6. Customer focus and have the ability to make instant relationships with people.
  7. Possess an assertive and disciplined personality, works hard to close the deal.
  8. A love and passion for ice sports and the preservation of our Canadian Ice Rinks.
  9. Willingness to travel within our territory.
