Your Role:
  1. Manage a book of business, providing exceptional service to clients
  2. Handle policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries
  3. Educate clients on their insurance options and ensure they have the best coverage for their needs
  4. Work closely with underwriters and insurance partners to secure optimal solutions for clients
  5. Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with industry changes
What We’re Looking For:
  1. RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario)
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
  3. Strong communication and client relationship skills
  4. Tech-savvy with experience in brokerage management systems
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
