Job summary

Transam Carriers Inc. in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking an Account Manager to look after our existing shippers and grow the freight they give us.

You will be the main contact for a portfolio of customers and coordinate with dispatch to keep service levels high. You bring 2+ years in account management or customer success in transportation or logistics, a calm, reliable, service-minded mindset, strong problem-solving, and comfort with rates and margins; a second language is an asset.
