Job summary

AutoAlert Driven by PureCars in Canada is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue growth for our CXM platform. This consultative role requires travel across Canada, building strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, and service leaders to maximize product usage.

You will monitor metrics, provide strategic guidance, coordinate with training and billing teams, and ensure timely adoption of AutoAlert programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of automotive experience preferred.
• Customer service/support experience preferred.
• Strong computer software literacy.
• Knowledge of market and competition.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for dealership after launch.
• Travel as necessary to maintain in-store dealership presence.
• Build relationships with key dealership stakeholders.
• Monitor dealership metrics and ROI reporting.
• Consult with client leadership monthly.
• Enhance client knowledge and usage of AutoAlert programs.
• Coordinate with billing inquiries and accounts receivable.
