Job summary

ClaimsPro LP in Canada is seeking an Account Manager (Remote) to partner with the National Accounts Leadership team and provide effective claims management solutions for top commercial and personal lines clients. You will work with a nationwide network of adjusters and support teams, leveraging iAdjust software and data insights to exceed client expectations while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or CIP/FCIP designation.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Property & Casualty claims adjusting, multi-provincial experience preferred.
• Fully licensed in Ontario or able to obtain Ontario license and other provinces.
• Strong communication, listening, negotiating and audience-adaptive skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts related to automobile, property and general liability exposures.
• Establish and implement Best Handling Practices for each client.
• Respond to client and internal stakeholders and address inquiries.
• Create and maintain SLAs and Claims Handling Process documents.
• Conduct regular client-facing meetings and KPI reviews.
• Support achievement of financial and production targets through KPI management.
• Lead quality assurance reviews and adjuster performance discussions.
• Guide and mentor a dedicated adjusting team when needed.
• Advise on claims matters and participate in RFP processes for new business.
