Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking an Account Services Representative based in Canada. You will support customers through vehicle finance or lease journeys and collaborate with dealer networks to deliver seamless ownership.

The role handles high volumes of calls, analyzes account information, negotiates where needed, and adheres to policies. Remote work after training, in Edmonton training site initially.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or CAEC equivalency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Strong customer-service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review account information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; eager to learn internal systems.
• Ability to work remotely or in distributed teams.
