Financeit in Vancouver, BC is seeking an Account Manager to build and grow relationships with merchant partners. You will support clients as they integrate our financing platform and drive program adoption across the region.

You will manage a portfolio of BC accounts, identify growth opportunities, deliver training and resources, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. A client-focused approach and strong relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing merchant and partner accounts within British Columbia.
• Identifying opportunities to increase program utilization, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Providing ongoing training, support, and resources to merchant partners regarding our point-of-sale financing platform.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new and existing clients.
• Representing Financeit professionally in the market and staying informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
