Responsibilities
- Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized business relationships with current and potential clients to promote and sell Desjardins' products and services.
- Serve as an account manager and key intermediary between the business center and members/clients, ensuring proper usage, satisfaction, and addressing sources of dissatisfaction.
- Identify and analyze client needs, develop solutions, and negotiate conditions.
- Recommend strategies to increase business volume, manage risks, and strengthen relationships.
- Use market intelligence to identify development opportunities.
- Participate in promotional and public relations activities within the business community.
- Ensure client satisfaction, seize opportunities, and refer clients as needed.
- Adhere to policies, standards, and legal requirements, ensuring prudent risk management.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience (other qualifications considered)
- Knowledge of French
- Financial, economic, policy, and legislative knowledge
- Market analysis and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of agricultural markets, credit risk, loan/guarantee contracts, and related products
- Understanding of policies, legislation, and standards governing financial products and services
- Knowledge of credit management practices
- Effective communication, results-driven, interpersonal skills
