Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in advertising or marketing, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to account management.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Advertising/Marketing communications or agency experience.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project management including coordination of meetings and approvals.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Developing understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. Responsibilities

  • Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
  • Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
  • Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
  • Fostering positive client and internal relationships
  • Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
  • Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
  • Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner
  • Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Digital and/or Direct experience is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • French is an asset
