Position Overview

As we expand, we seek an Account Manager to manage our enterprise clients. This client-facing role involves onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, managing inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client success. You will play a key role in maximizing client satisfaction and impacting our company's growth, working cross-functionally across teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Client onboarding
    • Conduct onboarding calls, walk clients through the platform, and answer questions
    • Ensure accounts are correctly set up and clients maximize platform usage
    • Collaborate to ensure correct execution of initial orders
  2. Client satisfaction
    • Perform regular check-ins to highlight successes, troubleshoot, and identify upsell opportunities
    • Manage client schedules and communicate adjustments
    • Respond to escalated inquiries from support and troubleshoot issues
  3. Other Responsibilities
    • Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams regarding client needs
    • Review new clients with sales, discuss onboarding, and upsell opportunities
    • Manage client responses from customer support
    • Share successes and troubleshoot issues across departments
Qualifications

Minimum proven experience in Account Management or Customer Service, preferably in food or tech industries. Additional qualities include:

  • Passion for food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with food delivery and catering industries is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
