Job summary

Account Manager role in Franklin, TN, direct hire, onsite during training with hybrid schedule after onboarding. Manage a portfolio of small business clients, perform full-cycle bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to support reporting needs, identify issues, and maintain accurate financial records while delivering strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, client accounting, or operational accounting experience.
• QuickBooks experience required.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial statements.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite during training; hybrid schedule available after onboarding
• Occasional overtime during peak periods
