Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reporting to senior leadership.
  • Track assets, apply depreciation, and oversee vendor contracts and pricing.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Analyze account balances, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and ensure accurate project billing.
  • Recommend improvements to accounting processes and team workflows.
  • Collaborate with project managers to support project-specific accounting needs.
