Job summary

Our client, a growing engineering and technical services firm in Western Canada, seeks a business-minded operator to own client relationships, growth strategy, and the project economics behind a talented technical practice. You will lead client relationships end to end, manage the services funnel, oversee proposals, scheduling, contracts, and invoicing, and drive profitability across multiple projects.

Based in the Lower Mainland, collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to expand

Qualifications

Experience owning client accounts end to end.
Background in engineering, architecture, construction PM or technical services operations.
Willingness to relocate to the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

Own the client relationship end to end from first conversation through project delivery and next opportunity.
Manage the client services funnel with farming, account management and customer success.
Lead business operations: proposals, scheduling, contracts and invoicing across active projects.
Coordinate resourcing to keep delivery on track and monitor profitability project by project.
Track win/loss data and inform growth plans for 1-, 3-, and 5-year horizons.
Develop relationships with architecture, development and general contracting firms.
