I. Job Summary

The Inside Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue within an existing customer base, ensuring all service agreements are signed and current. This is an 18-month maternity leave contract.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Increase account penetration through strategic product sales.
  2. Proactively communicate quarterly with customers to strengthen relationships.
  3. Encourage customers to sign written agreements, providing education and negotiation.
  4. Update and renew customer service agreements.
  5. Resolve service escalations within the territory.
  6. Drive revenue growth using consultative selling and value propositions.
  7. Communicate rates, fees, and strategies confidently.
  8. Use incentives and concessions appropriately within profit targets.
  9. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  10. Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to resolve issues.
  11. Align WM products and services with customer needs.
  12. Identify and refer additional business opportunities internally.
  13. Use sales productivity software accurately, including CRM and pricing tools.
  14. Propose compliant customer solutions respecting regulations.
III. Supervisory Responsibilities

This role has no supervisory duties.

IV. Qualifications

Must reside and work in Canada.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of relevant sales experience in a non-consumer industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Professional communication.
  • Decision-making and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with hardware and software.
  • Goal attainment and problem resolution skills.
  • Complete product and service knowledge.
