We seek a Sales Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, driving demand, and mastering the art of technical sales. Your core responsibilities encompass client acquisition and relationship cultivation.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify customer needs and understand their challenges, both technical and business-related.
  • Demonstrate how SysAid can address their problems with engaging presentations.
  • Plan sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and guide deals to completion.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and our competitive advantages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS or B2B software sales as an Account Executive.
  • Minimum 2 years in B2B sales or business development, with proven ability to connect with businesses and achieve results.
  • Experience closing deals in fast-moving sales cycles (30-90 days), capable of handling complex sales efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for virtual meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  • Confident negotiator comfortable discussing business terms with IT teams, procurement, and senior decision-makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; skills and practical experience are equally valued.
