Senior Director, Talent Solutions, Sales

Our client is a fast-growing Canadian tech company specializing in self-service automation, intelligent dispensing, and smart locker solutions for enterprise and MSP clients across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead qualification to presentations, solution development, and contract negotiation
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence in the MSP, enterprise IT, and corporate technology sectors
  • Present and position intelligent dispensing and smart locker solutions as productivity tools that solve real operational problems
  • Build strong client relationships with stakeholders across IT, procurement, facilities, and supply chain teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, design, and product teams to deliver customized solutions and proposals
  • Track sales activities, forecast revenue, and contribute to pipeline reporting and business development strategy

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise tech, hardware/software solutions, MSP, or self-service automation
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven ability to close mid-to-large enterprise deals
  • Experience selling complex or customized solutions with multiple decision-makers and technical stakeholders
