Overview

The Account Director will serve as a strategic leader, acting as the key liaison between the client and agency, overseeing multiple workstreams on a global auto account. This role requires building strong internal and external relationships, fostering team dynamics, and ensuring campaign success aligned with client objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
  2. Manage multiple projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  3. Possess extensive experience in broadcast, digital, and social production, with strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams both orally and in writing.
  5. Drive thought leadership and strategic initiatives for brand growth.
  6. Present strategic marketing directions, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  7. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and related categories.
  8. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with creative and strategic partners.
  9. Apply a problem-solving approach to campaign challenges.
Qualifications
  1. 6-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with an auto client.
  2. Proven success in developing and maintaining client and agency relationships.
  3. Strong process management skills with the ability to involve senior leadership as needed.
  4. Experience managing client expectations regarding timing, deliverables, and budgets.
  5. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to navigate cross-agency relationships and manage large-scale projects.
  7. Excellent project management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
