The Opportunity

As an Account Director, you will lead the growth of Healthing’s healthcare sector partnerships, focusing on new business development and long-term client relationships. Your expertise in consultative selling will help craft tailored communication programs to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive media solutions across digital and print.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to design customized solutions aligned with client KPIs.
  4. Analyze KPIs to optimize multimedia program effectiveness and ROI.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop B2B marketing strategies.
  6. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  7. Achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets, contributing to Healthing’s success.
Candidate Profile
  • 8+ years in sales, media, or marketing, with strong healthcare sector connections.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry nuances (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, natural health products).
  • Expert in client relations, capable of building lasting decision-maker relationships.
  • Self-motivated, fast-paced, and challenge-ready.
  • Knowledge of healthcare advertising regulations (ASC, PAAB) and media solutions (SEM, Social, SEO, Website Development, Digital Display, Print).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual skills in French are a plus.
