Job summary

Traction in Regina is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a regular full-time position.

You will schedule visits with existing and potential clients to build strong relationships, increase sales in your assigned territory, and collaborate with store managers to develop sales plans. You will monitor market conditions to inform strategy and identify opportunities. Bilingual fluency in French and English is required to serve internal and external customers across Canada.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in French and English to serve internal and external customers across Canada.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Schedule visits to meet with existing and/or potential clients to establish a good professional relationship and generate new sales
• Be responsible for increasing individual sales for the assigned territories
• Work with store managers to develop sales development plans to grow business with existing and potential clients in the assigned territory
• Monitor market conditions and gather strategic information on the market and competition.
