Job summary

Traction Heavy Duty Parts is hiring for an in-store team member in Ottawa, ON. You will greet customers, advise on vehicle parts, and process orders with a focus on service excellence. The role offers a starting hourly pay range and benefits, plus training for professional growth.

Expected duties include advising customers in person and over the phone, building relationships, and maintaining product knowledge. Uniforms are provided and development opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Diploma in parts sales and/or heavy vehicle parts experience.

Job Description

In this key role, you will:
