Job Description

POSITION: Account Coordinator

LOCATION: Toronto, ON

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented, motivated Account Coordinator to join our Toronto team! This candidate will contribute to the efficiency and organization of the client services team to achieve team and client service initiatives. The Account Coordinator owns the day-to-day organization of client documents, creation of specific client support documents, and works closely with the Account Executives and Account Managers. Other key aspects include internal and external communication, monitoring and troubleshooting issues within programs/documents, understanding processes and workflow, organization/multi-tasking, maximizing technology to create efficiencies, and supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct support to Account Executives, Managers, and Supervisors
  2. Maintain organization of internal document filing system
  3. Learn and retain information regarding market-specific information and primary partners
  4. Ensure accurate production of client service support documents
  5. Create, manage, and coordinate documents for multiple clients
  6. Understand and execute tasks based on priority and deadlines
  7. Take initiative in collecting key resources needed for document creation
  8. Provide daily communication via phone, email, and/or direct contact with Account Executives, Managers, and Supervisors
  9. Support in keeping business tracking documents updated and accurate
  10. Investigate industry news and information to enhance knowledge of the media industry
Requirements
  1. College or University degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications)
  2. Experience in a business or office setting is an asset
  3. Media and/or client service and Out of Home experience is an asset
  4. Interest in OOH and some Print Media is required
  5. Proactive self-starter
  6. Strong attention to detail
  7. Polished communication and listening skills, as well as negotiating skills (internal/external)
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  9. Ability to work independently (with support) and manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  10. Proven ability to build strong internal relationships to efficiently complete tasks, promote open communication, and foster collaboration
  11. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  12. Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, project consequences, and implement recommendations
  13. Travel as required by client needs, referrals, and scheduled conferences
  14. Advanced PC skills including all Microsoft Office products
