Job Title: Account Coordinator

About the Role:

As a key part of our US School Success team, you'll ensure exceptional service and uninterrupted student learning for our school partners and educators. You will handle urgent requests, build relationships, and identify opportunities for Zen to fill more roles. This fast-paced role requires urgency, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving to meet the needs of schools and educators.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Morning Request & Absence Management: Serve as the primary contact for urgent requests and backfills, managing the process from notification to placement.
  • Relationship Building & Opportunity Identification: Build strong relationships with school partners to find additional coverage opportunities.
  • Account Manager Support: Provide daily updates to Account Managers on follow-ups and accomplishments.
  • Educator Support & Activation: Communicate with educators, guide them into roles, gather feedback, and provide coaching to promote retention and new placements.
  • School Partner Support & Growth: Support school relationships, assist in generating new roles, upsell services, and report on trends to improve our offerings.
