Job Title: Account Coordinator

Location: Remote in Halifax

About the Role:

As a key member of our US School Success team, you will ensure excellent service and smooth operations for our school partners and educators. Your role involves managing urgent requests, building relationships, and actively identifying new opportunities for Zen Educate to support classroom coverage needs. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position requiring proactive problem-solving and strong relationship skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Morning Request & Absence Management: Serve as the primary contact for urgent requests and backfill absences, managing the process from notification to placement.
  2. Relationship Building & Opportunity Identification: Develop strong relationships with schools to identify and secure additional days and absences.
  3. Account Manager Handoff & Support: Provide daily updates to Account Managers on follow-up actions and progress.
  4. Educator Support & Activation: Communicate with educators, guide them into new roles, gather feedback, and provide coaching to promote retention and efficiency.
  5. School Partner Support & Growth: Support school stakeholders, assist in expanding our partnerships, and contribute to upselling efforts and feedback reporting.
