On the Mosaic Commerce team (AKA Shoppers Marketing) our focus is about driving sales for our clients’ brands. This includes creating disruption in stores (ex. Retail programs that could be exciting new contests and promotions), in bars and restaurants (ex. engaging activations built around a theme or event), and through digital and eCommerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our team on a variety of programs and projects for CPG and Bev Alcohol brands, on a variety of small and large campaigns throughout the year across Canada
  • Help ensure programs and projects stay on time and on budget, using your organizational, time management, and project management skills effectively.
  • Learn the client’s business and our industry; competitive monitoring and observational research: in-store, consumer trends, on-line and product and design trends

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great project management, organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrate initiative, and a can-do approach to all tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and works well independently
  • Flexibility to deal with the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Approachable and open-minded and conducts themselves in a professional yet personal manner.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree and/or College Diploma
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills a must
  • Competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
